WU- Run 400 meters 3x 20 push-ups, 3 x 5 pull-ups, 2 x 20 lunges, 1 x 20 floor wipers

3 x 6 Floor Press
3 x 6 OH Press
3 x 6 Bent over row

4 Rounds
8x Floor press
8x bent over row
8x Thrusters
16x Med ball push ups
16x Med ball sit-ups

CD- Run 400 meters 50 (4 count Flutter kicks) 30 sit-ups
